Arnold Walker, age 86, of Lake City passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 at his home. Arnold was born August 1, 1931 in Lapeer to Otto and Bernice (Rathka) Walker. He joined the Calvary Bible Church in Lapeer and served on the board of its radio station, WMPC. He loved raising his family, playing softball, and going out West hunting. In 1991, he and Sal moved to Lake City, fulfilling his dream of starting a whitetail farm, the Buck Snort Resort. He has attended the Lake City Evangelical Presbyterian Church and the Jennings Community Church, developing deep friendships. Arnold is survived by his wife, Sally and children: Stephayne and Mark Wyman of Harrison; Annette and Jeff Wassil of Olive Branch, MS; Crystal and Jason Lagowski of Sydney, Australia; Cindy and Tim Kobe of Howell; and Don and Amy Walker of Lake City; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren with two on the way.
