I have fond memories of going to Uncle Vern & Aunt Ang's. She always made us feel at home. I remember the times of picking cucumbers, helping with fair animals, jumping on the trampoline, going swimming and many other activities. Later she told us how much trouble we would be in if she ever found out that we had gone by without stipping. Her home was always open. I am sad I will not be able to make it back for the funeral. I would like to send my support in spirit and prayers for my Uncle, Aunts, and Cousins in this time of mourning. We can be comforted by the fact that we will meet again in just a little time (relative). Deb Visser

Angie and Vern opened up their home to me from the time I was five years old (1970). Angie looked after me like I was one of her own kids. She was a hard worker that seemed to never need sleep. I will always remember Angie's voice calling up the stairs to wakes us all up for school, her front porch hair salon, that farm, and that long driveway!
