I continually think there will be time. Time to catch up, time to reconnect, time for hugs and that time goes by. The time that I had with Steve was fun and full of laughter. The best of times with these wonderful friends. Even though I hadn't seen him in years I thought of him often . I hope that he is having a wonderful time in heaven.

One of Steves favorite quotes is from John Wayne, in the movie the Shootist."I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to other people and I require the same of others."See Ya,Rob

Our sincere condolences to Carolyn, Rick and Sharilyn. We remember Steve as a fun loving boy who with our son Marty would snorkel for hours searching for treasures and stuff on the bottom of the lake. We also recall that Steve was a 'fair-to-middlin' salmon fisherman on the big lake. He got his share, for sure. He also was the first person to discover the breaking and entering of 15 places on the other side of the lake in about 1976. He got his father to confirm and call the sheriff. Always a good kid. God rest his soul.Ann & John Duane

I will always be thankful for the phone chats I had with Steve over the past 4 or 5 years. The laughs, the stories, he shared so much about his dogs (he cherished his dogs) and we laughed about school events and memories. Thankful for Steve's invitation to his home for supper a couple of years ago. I am lucky to have called Steve my "friend" and I will never forget him. He was a special person to me and many others and there will is an empty spot in our hearts without him. Hugs and prayers to the family.
