I do agree with everyone,Vern was one of the kindest people that I ever got to know. Always a big smile on his face, and Arletta was a very nice kind person too. I remember when Vern worked at the A&P store downtown, a very nice person, you are now at peace, another angel for heaven..

I remember your dad at the A&P Store and then when he and your mom started Arletta's Flowers in their home and the many beautiful arrangements they always designed. He was always so kind and thoughtful. He will be remembered with fond memories. I'm sorry I can't attend the funeral this morning, because I have a Doctor's appointment, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers on this sad day. Gerry Seger

Vern was brought into our lives when him and Aunt Phyllis started "dating". I loved that he was best man at Phyllis and Harvey's wedding and how their lives intertwined again. He was always such a kind-hearted man. I am glad that we got the chance to know him. Know he will be missed by our whole family.
