Victor Alan Guest

Victor Alan Guest, age 66 of Lake City passed away April 30, 2022 in Traverse City.

Victor was born January 21, 1956 in Cadillac to Victor and Bernice Guest.

Vic graduated from Lake City High School in 1974 and was proud to serve as a Sergeant in the US Army. 

Upon returning to Lake City he ran his own business as a plumbing and mechanical contractor. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. 

Vic took a great deal of pride in taking care of the people around him that he loved the most, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.

Vic is survived by his children: Kristina Guest of Henderson, NV and Steven Guest of Traverse City, a grandson, Lukas Guest of Henderson, NV and nephew, Chris Guest of Hawaii.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Barbara Guest and brother, Richard Guest.

A time of visitation will be held Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Young-Holdship Funeral Home in Lake City.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Lake City American Legion Post 300.
