Paul Williams Obituary

Paul J. Williams, age 88, of Prudenville passed away on Sunday April 21, 2019 at the Lighthouse of Roscommon Health and Rehabilitation Center with his loving family by his side. 

Paul was born on August 29, 1930 in Ridgley, Tennessee to Lewis and Macy (Hornbeak) Williams. He worked as a Programmer for Michigan Miller's Insurance in Lansing retiring in 1989 after 40 years of service. Paul was married in Phoenix, Arizona in 1996 to Mary C. DiMaria. He was a member of Houghton Lake Eagles and enjoyed bowling, playing cards and shooting pool. 

Paul is survived by his loving wife of 23 years; Mary C. Williams of Prudenville, son; Randall (Vicky) Williams, daughters; Robyn Williams and Rheta (Kevin) Page, sisters; Jane and Betty, step-daughters; Alice Bakara and Mary Boals, step-sons; Mark Bakara and David Bakara, fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife; Nancy in 1989, sister; Doris and a brother.  

Per Paul's wishes cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled. Memorial contributions in memory of Paul are asked to be directed to Roscommon County Meals-on-Wheels through Roscommon County Commission on Aging.
