Merlyn “Bud” Spencer Jr., age 90, of Maple Valley passed away on Saturday September 24, 2016 at King Nursing and Rehabilitation Community.
Bud was born May 8, 1926 in Morenci, Michigan to Merlyn & Pearl (Keller) Spencer Sr. He served in the US Navy during WWII. He retired from Morenci Home Telephone Company where he was the plant manager for many years.
Bud is survived by his son; Kenneth (Lynne) Shadbolt of Morenci, step-children; Debra (Rick) Gleckler, Michael Frantz, Jeff (Lori) Frantz, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews, special friends Linda Shadbolt of Morenci. He was preceded in death by his first wife Gertrude (Wolfe) Spencer, second wife Kathryn (Mizer) Spencer, his parents, children; Beatrice Baker, Barbara Jimenez and Shirley Andrews.
