Penny Sue (Stall) VanDuinen of Fife Lake went to be with her Lord on July 12, 2015 at her home, with her family by her side. She was 56 years old.
Penny was born on December 7, 1958 to Donald and Edith (Helsel) Stall of Lake City. She graduated from Lake City High School in 1977.
Penny married John VanDuinen on October 10, 1976. She had three children:
Jamie VanDuinen, Shawna (Simms) VanDuinen, and John VanDuinen, Jr; and
one grandchild, Savannah VanDuinen, sisters; Peggy Sheets, Pam (Roger)Taylor, Paula (Greg) Shepler, Lisa and Bob Shooltz, brother; Donnie (Chris) Stall, and several nieces and nephews.
She was a homemaker for many years, always putting her children and family before herself.
Penny worked for the Forest Area Schools for sixteen years as a school bus driver, and also worked for her parent’s Christmas Tree Farm for many years.
Visitation will be held on July 15, 2015 at the Young Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held on July 16, 2015 at the Young Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m., with Pastors Wayne VanDuinen and Mark Hicks officiating. Burial will be in the Pioneer Township Cemetery.
