Pamela Ann Escalera, age 53 of Lake City passed away April 3, 2018 at Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital.
Pamela was born December 9, 1964 in Cadillac to Ivan and Donna (Lowery) Hatt.
She married Jose Ines Escalera August 3, 1991.
Pamela graduated from Sparta High School and earned a nursing degree from Baker College.
She was a full time caregiver and was employed as a manager at McDonalds in Lake City.
Pamela and Jose opened their hearts and homes to anyone and everybody.
She was a loving wife, Mother, sister and friend with a beautiful soul that touched the hearts of many.
Pamela is survived by her husband Jose and children Tiffany (Jorge) Vargas Gonzalez
of Lake City, Jose (Dianna) Escalera of Lake City, Michael (Stephani) Escalera of Cadillac, Heaven (Bayron) Sica Ajanel of Falmouth, Max and Mateo Escalera at home
She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, a brother Billy Hatt and her mother Donna Hatt
of Moorestown.
Pamela was preceded in death by her father Ivan Hatt, and brothers Jeff Hatt and Ike Hatt,
A time of gathering will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Young Funeral Home, with services beginning at 12:00 noon with Pastor Mike Dunn officiating.
