It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marian Sue Farrier. She was called home and went to be with God on May 5, 2018 at the age of 75.

Marian (Sue) was born September 15, 1942 in Lansing to Amos and Kathleen (Fiero) McClain.
She married the love of her life, Myron Farrier Sr on February14, 1959.

She retired from Sparrow Hospital in 1995. Sue loved to travel, birdwatch, paint pottery, ride horses, and knit. Sue valued her family above all else and was happiest when surrounded by them.

Sue will be remembered by her loving husband Myron Farrier Sr. of 59 years, their children James, Myron (Christina), Kevin (Kimberly) Farrier, and Julie (Bill) Wedel, her brothers Patrick, Michael (Sarah), Roy (Nancy) and James (Anne), her 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents Amos and Kathleen (Fiero) McClain, her brother Dennis McClain, her son Jeffrey Farrier and daughter Jessica Farrier.

A funeral service in memory of Sue will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the Grove Bible Church, 6990 E. Price Rd, St Johns, MI 48879 with Rev. Alan Cropsey and Rev. David Cropsey officiating. A time of visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until service time.
Interment will take place at East Lawn Memory Gardens, 2400 Bennett Rd, Okemos, MI 48864. A dinner will follow at Grove Bible Church.
