Margaret Sielky, age 89 of Lake City passed away Friday, March 31, 2017 at Maple Ridge Living Center.

She was born October 9, 1927 in Ligonier, Pennsylvania to Andrew and Barbara (Kundrick) Gubanich.

Margaret married Frank Sielky Jr. July 12, 1947 at St. Lukes Catholic Church in Detroit. He preceded her in death September 16, 1999.

Margaret was the beloved mother of Robert (Susan) Sielky, Carol (Ed) Hartshorn, Peggy (Frank) Potter, Barbara (Tim) Shaughnessy and Sharon (David Brown) Sielky, Grandmother of eight grandchildren and Great Grandmother of eight great grandchildren.

A funeral mass will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the St. Gerald Catholic Church, 21300 Farmington Rd, in Farmington, with Rev. Kris Nowak officiating. A time of visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. until service time at the church.

Burial will take place at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 25800 W. 10 Mile Rd., in Southfield.
