Dale Marn Frappier, age 77 of Lexington, passed away Friday, September 19, 2014 at the Curry House Assisted Living Center in Cadillac,
He was born January 25, 1937 in Romeo to Dr. Edmund C. and Clara (Andrus) Frappier.
He was raised in the Romeo area and graduated from Romeo High School; Class of 1954.
He was a veteran of the US Army serving in Germany.
Dale managed several different Wickes Lumber Companys for years in Illinois and Michigan before being employed as a supervisor for the Ford Motor Company. After 22 ½ years in this position he retired in December 1998 and traveled in his 5th wheel and restored antique cars.
He was actively involved in the Buckley Old Engine Club and was a member of the Elks Lodge and Fraternal Order of Eagles and the American Legion.
Dale is survived by his children: Rhonda (John) Wilson of Manton, Dave and Darrin Frappier of Port Huron, seven grandchildren; Jessica, Cassy (Caleb), Dustin, Melinda, Jenne, Garrett and Gregory and one great grandchild, Aaron.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Bob and Chuck and a granddaughter Leslie.
Private services will follow in the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly.
